Bay City Cinemas Gift Vouchers - Terms and Conditions

Gift Vouchers

Gift voucher must be exchanged for a single ticket at the box office or candy bar and is valid once only. Surcharges will apply for 3D Screenings. Vouchers are not valid for Special Screenings and can not be redeemed for cash. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, and valid until the date stated on the voucher and may not be resold or exchanged. Not valid when booking through e-booking or internet ticketing. Gift vouchers cannot be sold without the prior written consent of Bay City Cinemas. Bay City Cinemas must approve in writing any advertisement, circulation or publication, which includes reference to Bay City Cinemas Gift Vouchers. Bay City Cinemas is not responsible for any lost or stolen vouchers and or tickets.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can only be redeemed at Bay City Cinemas Tauranga and Mount Maunganui. Gift Cards can not be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund or exchanged. Unused balances are not refundable or transferable and cannot be resold. Bay City Cinemas is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Risk of loss or theft and title for gift cards passes to purchaser on transfer. Gift Cards and purchases made with them are subject to the terms of trade set by Bay City Cinemas, which may change from time to time. Card value expires 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards can be loaded with any value between $20 - $500 and can not be recharged.
